As promised, another breakfast twist. This time we aren't really reinventing anything, just adding a simple topping that is very easy to whip up. Inspiration for this topping came from a special little breakfast place in Ashland, Oregon (where I went to college) called Morning Glory. Enjoy!
Sweet Lemon Butter
1/2 stick of butter
2 TBL sugar
zest from 1 lemon
Mix it all together and use for a topping on pancakes, oatmeal, toast, French toast, or...?
